We’ll get in touch with you 24-48 hours from the time your email or survey arrives. We may have a few follow-up questions to make sure we have what we need to propose a fabulous itinerary for you.

We custom design an itinerary especially for you to and send it to you to review. Ask us as many questions as you’d like to make sure you understand all it entails.

Based on your feedback we refine the itinerary (as many times as necessary to get it just right). We can do that by email or schedule a Zoom call to talk it over.

With the final itinerary agreed upon, you send your deposit or, if time is short, the full payment for your safari (see the Tour Payment and Price section of our Booking Terms & Conditions).

Once your deposit/payment arrives we’ll finalize bookings and keep you updated on our progress. If a preferred booking is not available after all and time allows, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives. If time is short, we’ll make the decision ourselves (see the Hotels and Lodges section of our Booking Terms & Conditions).

You pay any remaining balance due and then kick back, relax, and leave the rest of the work to us. We’re available to answer any more questions as your Tanzania safari approaches. Just email us or schedule a Zoom call.
